Singapore orders duties and tax will be prepaid at checkout and no additional charges upon delivery.

Other international deliveries

Tax and duties are not included when checking out and additional charges may inur during customs . We have no control over the prices of tax and duties as each country varies. It is advised to check with your local customs office to for more information as AJC will not be able to reimburse for it.

Foreign exchange fee

We are based in Singapore and have no control of your local bank charging foreign transaction fee and we not be able to reimburse for it.

Currency Exchange

We currently do not offer items be sold in other currency and working hard to improve on this. All our items will be sold in Singapore Dollars and for all international orders please keep in mind there is a currency exchange rate with your bank. All banks have an exchange rate and is not within our control.

What does In Stock and Pre-Order mean?

In Stock
It means that we have it in hand and ready to ship out and is usually shipped out within 2 days.

Pre-Order mean if you like the deign you can order with us first and will take roughly 5 weeks to receive plus delivery timeline. Please email with us to pre-order!
Please note we currently do not have engraving service.


Sold Out

It means the stocks are all sold out however, if you are interested in the item please contact a.j.c for more info.

Where can I find receipts?
Please check your email for receipts and reference numbers, please check all spams and junk folders also.


Can I cancel my order?
Please contact to check if your package has been sent out as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order if it is already processed.

Can I simply refuse my shipment?
If you choose to refuse the shipment to avoid tax and duties or just changed your mind, it is highly advised to get in contact with your customs as some countries may hold onto the item or dispose of it if taxes cannot be paid by the customer, instead of returning. Please note return fee is paid for by customer.  If we do not receive the items back within the 07 days period (starts on the day of arrival to delivery address) or we will consider it sold.
The return fee will be deducted from your refund amount for international orders outside of Singapore, if it was not paid for.

Can I change address?
If have need to change address for any reason please contact us on although we cannot guarantee once the order has been shipped out.

How to track order?
Once the item is sent out you will receive an email with tracking code and website to check on.

What is return and exchange policy?

We have 30 days return policy and it starts on the day the package is delivered. Items must be returned in the original packaging it came from. That includes the tags that is fixed on the jewellery itself and boxes it came with. We do not offer exchanges, if wrong size or order was ordered please return the item and repurchase the correct items.


All returned items must be:


-Have no signs of wear or damage

-In its original condition with tags still attached

-All in original packaging sets

-Sets sold together must be returned as a set must be returned as a set.

-If the returned item were to not meet the above requirement AJC has the right to deny the item and resent it to the customer.


We cannot reimburse duties and tax that was charged to you when it was delivered to your country.

What are return shipping free?

Unfortunately as of now we currently do not offer free returns or pick ups, within Singapore or Internationally. Therefore, we highly suggest prepay your packages with tracking numbers to avoid packages getting lost during delivery. If returns were not prepaid, we hold the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount.

How to do the return process?

  1. Email us with your receipt and state which item(s) you wish to return.
  2. And use only registered mail to avoid losing the item.

No, please note we do not exchange or refund gifted items.
